Blending Process

The blending process starts only after receiving the green signal from our dedicated Quality Control team, ensuring that all quality aspects have been thoroughly observed and approved.

Testing

Quality testing of each batch is an integral part of our manufacturing process. Our Quality Control parameters are followed to assess the quality and consistency of the blended batch. We move forward to the next stage only after these tests have been successfully cleared.

Filling & Labeling

Moving along the production line, the filling and labeling process is initiated following a comprehensive line clearance by our Quality Assurance team. This step confirms that every product is packaged with precision to detail, maintaining the highest quality standards throughout.

Finish Goods

Before any product leaves our facility, it undergoes a final inspection by our Quality Assurance experts. This comprehensive examination clarifies that every item meets our exacting standards.

Dispatching

Only after this final seal of approval is granted do we proceed to dispatch the finished goods to our consumer supply chain.
